Although a newly formed organization; its owner began umpiring in 1972 at the age of 13. Since that time he has coached/managed sports teams in Maryland and North Carolina and has officiated for multiple organizations and associations in Maryland, North Carolina, and for the past 10 years in Arizona. Over the last several years he has done the majority of scheduling for another organization. At the start of 2022, CSO was formed. CSO has a highly reputable organization of officials to meet many sports officiating needs and is looking to grow its team and continue to build partnerships with Cities and other organizations throughout the West Valley and surrounding areas.
