Although CSO is a newly formed organization, its founder brings decades of experience to the field. He began umpiring in 1972 at just 13 years old and has since built an extensive background in sports, coaching and managing teams in Maryland and North Carolina. Over the years, he has officiated for multiple organizations and associations across Maryland, North Carolina, and, for the past decade, in Arizona. In addition to officiating, he has played a key role in scheduling for another organization in recent years.

 

In 2022, CSO was established with a commitment to excellence in sports officiating. Backed by a team of highly reputable officials, CSO is dedicated to meeting the diverse officiating needs of sports organizations. As it continues to grow, CSO is actively expanding its team and forging strong partnerships with cities and organizations throughout the West Valley and beyond.
